  • For those using insurance: Before your initial virtual visit, your insurance company is contacted to determine coverage for testing services. Based on this information, you will receive an estimate reflecting the expected out-of-pocket costs.

  • For those paying privately:

    • Children 5 and under needing a developmental screening: $850

      • Involves a thorough interview, norm-referenced questionnaires, a direct developmental assessment, and a report.

      • Examples: ADOS-2, assessment of developmental progression

    • Cognitive/intellectual assessment: $950

      • Involves a thorough interview, cognitive/intellectual assessment, norm-referenced questionnaires, and a report.

      • Examples: Giftedness assessment, to possibly aid in eligibility for the MT Developmental Disabilities Program

    • ADHD assessment: $950

      • Involves a thorough interview, records review, collateral, norm-referenced questionnaires, and a report.

    • ADHD assessment with direct testing: $1,650

      • Involves a thorough interview, records review, collateral, norm-referenced questionnaires, direct assessment of intellectual and executive functioning, and a report.

    • Specific learning disability assessment: $1,650

      • Involves a thorough interview, school records review, collateral, direct assessment of intellectual functioning, direct assessment of academic achievement, and a report.

      • Examples: Testing for dyslexia/reading disability, dysgraphia/writing disability, dyscalculia/math disability, etc.

    • Autism assessment: $1,850

      • Involves a thorough interview, records review, collateral, norm-referenced questionnaires, direct social assessment, and a report.

    • Comprehensive evaluation: $2,500

      • Involves a thorough interview, records review, collateral, norm-referenced questionnaires, direct assessment of multiple cognitive and social/emotional domains, and a report.

  • The fees listed above are inclusive of all services. The out-of-pocket costs may be higher for those with legal involvement or other complexities.

  • A superbill will be provided to you so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company directly. Reimbursify or Mentaya can help you complete this process.

  • The first half of service costs is due before the testing visit.

  • The second half of service costs is due before the report feedback session.

  • CareCredit is an option if you would like to make smaller payments over longer periods of time.
