Insurance & Financial Information

  • Dr. Lopach is currently in-network with and accepting new patients for those with*:

    • Pacific Source

    • Mountain Health Co-Op

    • Montana Medicaid (Healthy Montana Kids Plus)

  • Private pay is also accepted

*Dr. Lopach made good faith efforts to reach new contracts with BCBS, Allegiance, and Cigna so patients could access in-network care. Unfortunately, these companies have not acknowledged rising costs and are not willing to compromise on a fair agreement. Members of these networks may wish to contact their insurance company to ask them to protect their in-network access to care by working with IPS to reach a fair agreement.
