Insurance & Financial Information
I am in-network and accepting patients with primary insurance coverage under Montana Medicaid (Healthy Montana Kids Plus).
For those traveling a distance for testing, Medicaid Travel will reimburse for mileage, partial hotel, and partial meals.
I also accept private pay.
I am considered an out-of-network provider for private insurance plans. I chose this so I can make decisions based on what’s best for you, not what an insurance company will approve. Insurance companies limit how much time can be spent on an evaluation, which tests can be used or what diagnostic questions can be answered, and may require access to your full report. By staying outside that system, I can take the time your evaluation actually needs, choose the right assessments for you, write a thorough and useful report, and protect your privacy. I am happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Tools like Reimbursify or Mentaya can make that process easier.
